- Educational Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences)
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production operations for skin care and hair care products while ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including weighing, mixing, emulsification, filling, and packaging operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine performance.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance departments.
- Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMRs), logbooks, and production documentation.
- Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and control costs.
- Train and mentor production staff and ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices.
- Support scale-up activities, new product launches, and process validation.
