About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team at Vigocare. In this role, you will drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales efforts, engage potential customers, and help them access the right healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads effectively
- Present and explain Vigocare’s healthcare services clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Perform structured follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Address customer queries and objections with effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical practices

✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales.
- Experience in healthcare/insurance/service industries is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven with strong time management skills
Must Know
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Previous telesales and working experience in target based environment is mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational week-off shifts
- Prior healthcare sales experience is preferred
