About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition for Cozmotec's AI Automation Solutions, AI Agents, Intelligent Process Automation, and Digital Transformation Services.
This is a commission-based role suited for a self-driven sales professional who can independently build a strong sales pipeline, identify business opportunities, engage with key decision-makers, and close high-value B2B deals.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, technology consulting, AI solutions, automation services, digital transformation, or enterprise software sales.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, strategic partnerships, and industry events.
- Source and acquire clients across India, UAE, and other international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CXOs, founders, directors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, workflows, and automation opportunities.
- Present AI Automation Solutions, AI Agents, Business Process Automation, and Digital Transformation services to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and business agreements.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for seamless project handovers.
- Ensure clear communication and effective expectation management throughout the engagement.
AI Automation Consulting
- Identify automation opportunities within client businesses.
- Recommend suitable AI Agents, workflow automation, and intelligent business solutions based on client requirements.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to support continuous service enhancement.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Track sales activities, conversions, forecasts, and revenue reports.
- Support the creation of business presentations, proposals, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Contribute to branding initiatives and LinkedIn business outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in AI solutions, automation services, IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or software services is preferred.
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
- Experience managing enterprise and SME clients with long sales cycles.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Good understanding of consultative sales methodologies and CRM tools.

- Existing network within the Indian, UAE, or international business ecosystem is an advantage.
- Experience selling AI, automation, enterprise technology, or digital consulting solutions.

- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

- Build a strong qualified sales pipeline within the first 60–90 days.
- Successfully acquire clients from India, UAE, and other international markets.
