Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role:
Our team is seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to define the system roadmap and implement solutions that align with business objectives and foster scalability. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, Configure Price Quote system, Agentforce, and business processes and a proven track record of translating business needs into effective technical solutions. The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and Salesforce implementation, ensuring successful project delivery. Growth in the role will require the Sr Salesforce Business Analyst to assess evolving needs, enhance internal and external user experience, and apply skills and insight to propose high-value changes to the processes, policies, and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualisation to implementation.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed and clear requirements.
- Documentation: Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customisations.
- Salesforce Configuration: Configure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
- User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Report and Dashboard Creation: Design and create reports and dashboards to visualise key performance metrics. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimise data visibility.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience – Required
- 4+ years of proven experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst role - Required
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications – Required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately, and tactfully
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills
- Must be highly organised, able to effectively prioritise work, be oriented to detail, and have excellent follow-through
- In-depth knowledge of CPQ software platform
- Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel knowledge
Pay: ₹415,413.97 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
