Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Executive to manage communication with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and excellent client experience in a fast-paced teleradiology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate with radiologists and internal teams for case updates and report delivery
- Manage urgent (STAT) cases, rechecks, and second opinions
- Provide clear, structured, and professional responses to clients
- Proactively update clients on delays or issues
- Maintain high client satisfaction and response quality
- Track and follow up on pending cases
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and urgent situations
- Problem-solving attitude with ownership mindset
Preferred Background
- BSc Radiology / BMLT / Nursing / Hospital Administration
- OR experience in healthcare support / telecalling / BPO
- Freshers with excellent communication may apply
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
