We are hiring a Sales Coordinator with a background in industrial safety products to manage sales order processing, client follow-ups, and coordination between the sales team, dispatch, and accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order flow from inquiry to delivery and support the field sales team with documentation and quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the field sales team to process customer inquiries and quotations
- Prepare and share price quotes, proforma invoices, and product catalogs
- Follow up with clients on order confirmations, payments, and delivery timelines
- Liaise with the store/dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer records, order status, and sales reports (MIS)
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Handle inbound sales calls/emails and route inquiries appropriately
- Support tender and GeM portal order coordination as required
- Assist in maintaining vendor/product price lists for quick quote turnaround
