Nursery Teacher – Job Requirements
Position: Nursery Teacher
Location: Dinis International Preschool
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation) with NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, D.El.Ed., or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Excellent communication skills English
- Strong art and craft skills with the ability to create creative classroom activities, teaching aids, and decorations.
- Passion for working with young children (2–5 years).
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods, phonics, rhymes, storytelling, and activity-based learning.
- Strong classroom management and child observation skills.
- Good organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and maintaining records.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and caring personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging daily classroom activities.
- Design and conduct creative art and craft activities for children.
- Prepare attractive classroom displays and teaching-learning materials.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
- Monitor children's learning and developmental progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and displays.
- Participate in school events, PTMs, and staff meetings.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
