Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead and manage the overall sales operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent client engagement across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete sales function for assigned real estate projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales managers and sales executives to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversions, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Review team performance through regular meetings, coaching, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for senior management.
