We are a software company developing ERP with web and mobile applications.
We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to help transform our ERP into an AI-powered platform by building autonomous AI agents that automate workflows, monitor operations, make decisions, and improve overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents for business process automation.
- Build autonomous workflows that reduce manual work.
- Integrate AI solutions with our Laravel backend and Flutter mobile applications.
- Develop AI-powered monitoring, scheduling, and operational automation features.
- Work with APIs, databases, and AI frameworks to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to implement AI-driven features.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- Experience with FastAPI and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and AI workflow automation.
- Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and Linux.
- Experience integrating AI with existing web or mobile applications.
Preferred
- Experience building AI agents or automation systems for ERP, CRM, or business applications.
- Knowledge of Laravel or Flutter.
- Experience with OCR, Vision AI, Speech-to-Text, or Vector Databases.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
