Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and with a friendly demeanor
- Take guest orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized room service area
- Assist in setting up room service trays and ensuring all items are presented neatly
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Ensure all food items are served at the correct temperature and meet quality standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies
- Assist with room preparation and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in room service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Must be physically capable of carrying trays and handling service deliveries
- Must be able to stay on location
