Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture store in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the furniture industry and possess strong inventory management, warehouse coordination, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of furniture and related materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor stock levels and place requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of furniture products.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of Tally and accounts.
- Experience in handling furniture products and related materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Store Manager or Store Executive, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidate should be willing to work from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
