Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance, endurance, and electrical tests on motors.
- Analyze test data and prepare test reports.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with testing protocols and industry standards.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in motor or electrical equipment testing.
- Knowledge of motor parameters, testing instruments, and safety practices.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation.
- Knowledge of Panel wiring and hands on experience on Wiring harness
