Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Physics Faculty with a strong academic background and proven teaching experience for JEE/NEET level students. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of simplifying complex concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to students preparing for JEE/NEET (Class 11th & 12th)
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions
- Prepare study material, assignments, and test papers
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions regularly
- Track student performance and provide feedback
- Design and evaluate mock tests and exams
- Mentor students for academic improvement
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns and syllabus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience (JEE/NEET level preferred)
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Physics or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech also considered)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective way
- Strong classroom management skills
- Result-oriented teaching approach
- Experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an advantage
