Duties -
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of all departments.
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment data in the HR tool.
- Responsible for being in an Interview coordination
- Responsible for understanding the requirements of all the departments
- Other day-to-day administrative job responsibilities.
- Employee engagement responsibilities like Birthday Party, events, etc.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Assist in the preparation of Job Postings and recruitment-related documents.
Required Qualifications-
- At least 0-6 months of experience in HR Operations or Staffing.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power Point).
- Soft Spoken with sympathetic attitude.
- Experience in either Content Marketing or Digital Marketing or any other similar work would be preferred. Minor in Marketing would be preferred.
- Knowledge of the IT Services or Technology domain is preferred. Ability to learn the language of the employees to better connect with them.
- Should be a self-starter.
Salary and additional information
- Stipend: INR 10,000 fixed
