Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding pending payments
- Follow up with customers for collections
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Telugu/Hindi/English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented & confident
