We are looking for highly creative and passionate Creative DOPs who understand visual storytelling beyond just operating a camera. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audience-focused visuals for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos for digital and social media platforms
- Handle DSLR cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups efficiently
- Work closely with creative teams to execute visually engaging shoots
- Understand framing, composition, movement, and storytelling through visuals
- Support shoot planning, execution, and production coordination
- Capture content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, OTT, and app-based platforms
- Ensure creative quality and consistency in all video outputs
- Stay updated with modern cinematography and content trends
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a Creative DOP / Cinematographer preferred
- Freshers with strong knowledge, creativity, and passion for cinematography are also welcome
- Strong visual storytelling and creative execution skills
- Experience in media, content-first, or creative production environments is an added advantage
- Good understanding of digital content trends and audience-focused visuals
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and execution skills
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of DSLR Cameras and camera handling
- Experience working with Gimbals and stabilizers
- Good understanding of lighting and shot composition
- Knowledge of Drone Operations is optional
- Familiarity with different shooting styles for social and digital content
- Understanding of cinematic framing, camera movements, and visual aesthetics
