Key Responsibilities
- Handling and maintenance of heavy construction plant & machinery at project sites.
- Ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management of equipment.
- Managing deployment and utilization of machinery for infrastructure and civil projects.
- Coordinating with project and site teams for machinery planning and operational requirements.
- Monitoring equipment performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Managing vendor coordination, spare parts procurement, and repair activities.
- Maintaining machinery records, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency of all equipment at site.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in Plant & Machinery operations.
- Candidate must have experience in:
- Civil Construction Projects
- Infrastructure Projects
- Dam Projects
- River Works
- Tunnel Projects
- Mining Projects
- Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving and construction equipment.
- Ability to handle remote/hilly project locations independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
