Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Collection Team Leader to handle and guide a team of collection executives. The candidate should be capable of managing collection targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of collection executives/telecallers.
- Monitor daily collection activities and team performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Handle escalated customer cases and difficult recovery situations.
- Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
- Coordinate with management and banking partners regarding collection updates.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of pending accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in collection field is mandatory.
- Leadership and team-handling skills preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel understanding.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of banking/finance collection process is an advantage.
