For our beneficiary AYVENS (formerly ALD and LeasePlan), in an international context
undergoing rapid transformation, we are looking for an Identity/AD expert who understands
the challenges of transformation as well as production management. This involves
participating in transformation/integration projects, improving security around AD
infrastructures, MCO and the evolution of our Identity/AD infrastructures. Backlog
management (INC/REQ/Change tickets, etc.) and support for N2 teams.
The Ayvens Workplace, used in more than 43 countries, is based on Microsoft solutions in
hybrid mode. In order to manage these infrastructures, solid skills are required in Microsoft
solutions, but also in similar solutions:
- Azure and its cross-functional links with other MS solutions/products
- Powershell, to be able to maintain, transform and also create scripts
- Windows servers in general (AD \ DNS \ DHCP \ …)
- Certificate management (PKI)
- Document classification (AIP)
- And in general, anything related, directly or indirectly, to messaging.
To carry out this service, the Workplace team is made up of 13 resources in France and 8
resources in India. A particular focus will be required in the Workplace team's work, and a
summary of ongoing actions will need to be shared with management during weekly
meetings.
Finally, knowledge of inter-tenant migrations would be an advantage in the context of the
transformation plan.
The Beneficiary wishes to improve the quality of its IT systems management.
To this end, the Beneficiary wishes to benefit from the Service Provider's expertise in technical
architecture.
In this context, the service consists of contributing to:
- The MCO of infrastructure services
- Passing all service changes to Cab. This requires familiarity with processes such as:
- Impact assessment and rollbacks
- Level 3 support for our beneficiaries
- Contributing to projects:
o GTE for our beneficiary AYVENS
o AYVENS impacting GT
- Contributing to various entity meetings
- Ensuring procedures, DATs and all other documents related to the scope.
Finally, due to the international context, English is mandatory.
