Job Description
Hari Chand Anand & Co. is hiring an energetic and motivated Fresher Sales Executive for its Sales & Service team in Delhi NCR.
The selected candidate will communicate with customers, understand their requirements, generate sales leads, explain products and services, follow up with potential clients, and coordinate with the technical/service team for after-sales support.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build their career in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales or Technical Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and personal meetings.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing and services to customers.
- Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the service and technical teams for installation, complaints and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer details, follow-up records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Visit customers within Delhi NCR whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Confident, positive and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to learn about industrial machinery and technical products.
- Ability to follow up with customers and work toward sales targets.
- Comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR.
- Candidates living near Okhla, Kalkaji, Govindpuri, Badarpur, Faridabad or South Delhi will be preferred.
