This CSR initiative aims to improve the health and well-being of the truck driver community by providing physiotherapy services at the clinic and on-site, along with medical camps, essential medicines, and behaviour change communication (BCC) materials to promote healthy practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize truck drivers to avail physiotherapy and other healthcare services offered under the project.
- Achieve a minimum target of 10 beneficiaries per day at the project clinic.
- Conduct awareness activities on musculoskeletal health, physiotherapy services, and preventive healthcare among truck drivers.
- Promote the clinic and project services through pamphlet distribution, WhatsApp outreach, and other community engagement methods.
- Conduct bike-based awareness campaigns using public announcement (PA) systems/microphones in designated project areas.
- Build rapport with truck drivers and encourage regular utilization of healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate records of all mobilized beneficiaries and outreach activities.
- Contact patients requiring follow-up physiotherapy sessions and encourage them to revisit the clinic.
- Support the implementation of medical camps and other community health activities as required.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure achievement of project objectives and reporting requirements.

Job Type: Field-based position
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a personal motorcycle/bike
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
- Willingness to travel daily within the project area
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
