Job Title: Assistant Manager - Forward Logistics

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on Assistant Manager - Forward Logistics to lead our logistics operations . You will own the entire delivery experience across all channels, ensuring fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipments while strictly controlling unit economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% on-time dispatch and delivery for all B2C channels (Zavya website, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa) and B2B/Quick Commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon B2B).
- Manage end-to-end relationships with courier partners and 3PL providers — negotiate SLAs, monitor performance, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Optimize total logistics costs including forward & reverse shipping, processing fees, and COD charges.
- Own and aggressively improve key performance metrics:
- Order to Delivery (O2D) time
- Return to Origin (RTO) percentage
- Cost Per Delivered Shipment (CPDS)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C logistics & supply chain.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel fulfillment (B2C, B2B, and Quick Commerce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to reduce costs and improve delivery metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- High energy, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
