Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to secure orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of engineering products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
