Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, lab, pharmacy, and front office.
- Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge with zero process gaps.
- Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, nurses, and support staff for seamless operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for admission, billing, discharge, and documentation.
- Monitor bed occupancy, patient turnaround time, and service quality.
- Handle patient escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track and ensure daily revenue, billing accuracy, and collection efficiency.
- Prevent revenue leakage and ensure all services are properly billed.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping, hygiene, and biomedical waste management.
- Conduct regular audits across departments and ensure corrective actions.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Drive onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Coordinate between management, clinical teams, and admin departments.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, occupancy).
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
