Crown – The Hair Transplant Experts is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our clinic. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance of the clinic. The role also includes handling daily collections, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, and assisting with monthly and annual accounting.
In the absence of the Lead Executive or CRM, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for calling prospective patients, following up on enquiries, counselling patients regarding available treatments, and ensuring timely conversion of leads while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinic management. The ability to multitask, lead a team, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism is essential.
