Simple Energy is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Simple Energy Kochi (Vennala) Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer service enquiries and vehicle service bookings.
* Understand customer concerns and coordinate with technicians.
* Prepare and explain job cards and service estimates.
* Keep customers updated about service progress.
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery and excellent customer experience.
* Coordinate warranty claims and service-related requirements.
* Maintain proper service records and follow-up with customers.
* Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile / EV industry is preferred.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic technical knowledge of automobiles or electric vehicles.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented.
* Freshers with relevant automobile knowledge may also apply.
