We are hiring a Nesting Engineer for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects. The candidate will be responsible for optimising material usage and preparing nesting layouts for fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare nesting plans for plates, sheets, and structural components
- Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage
- Work on CNC cutting files (DXF / NC files)
- Coordinate with design, production and erection team
- Ensure accurate cutting as per drawings
Required Skills:
- Experience in nesting software (like SigmaNEST / ProNest / AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of CNC cutting (Plasma / Laser)
- Understanding of PEB drawings and fabrication process
- Good analytical and planning skills
