We are a growing serviced apartment company with multiple premium properties across Puducherry. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and build a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations across all properties
2. Lead all department heads
3. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction
4. Monitor occupancy and revenue
5. Handle escalated guest complaints
6. Conduct daily operations meetings
7. Develop SOPs and improve processes
8. Coordinate with owners and vendors
9. Recruit, train and mentor department heads
10. Prepare weekly operational reports
Requirements
1. 7+ years in hotel/service apartment operations
2. 3+ years in a leadership role
3. Excellent leadership and communication
4. Experience with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb)
5. Strong problem-solving skills
Work Location: Kosakadai street, Pondicherry
Working Hours: Full Time (9 am to 9pm)
