We are looking for an Experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Dehradun.
Job Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Desktop & Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair
✅ Windows Installation, Formatting & Software Support
✅ Printer Installation, Repair & Maintenance (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother)
✅ Computer Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch, Network Troubleshooting)
✅ CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
✅ Biometric & Attendance Machine Installation & Support
✅ UPS Installation & Basic Troubleshooting
✅ Customer Site Visits & On-site Technical Support
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Computer Hardware & Networking is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, Printers, CCTV & Networking.
- Good understanding of LAN, Router, Switch, IP Configuration, Network Sharing & Internet Troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to travel for field visits.
