Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Engineer who can ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities as per targets
- Monitor and improve production efficiency & productivity
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams
- Implement process improvements (Kaizen, Lean practices)
- Handle line balancing and manpower utilization
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
- 3–7 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
- Knowledge of assembly line operations (LSM/VBM preferred)
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
- Basic knowledge of quality tools
- Good command over Excel for reporting
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
