Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to real hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain candidate trackers and databases
- Follow up with candidates and ensure closure within timelines
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and postings
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good organizational and time management skills
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):
- Personal laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Ability to make and attend regular calls (audio/video)
