Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer with at least 6 months of professional experience who has a strong foundation in architectural design, space planning, and visualization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard architectural software and understand how to effectively use AI tools to enhance design quality, visualization, presentations, research, and productivity.
This is a completely onsite role based at our Gurugram office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare 2D drawings, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and architectural visualizations.
- Assist in preparing design presentations and client proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation whenever required.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare material boards, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Research architectural trends, sustainable materials, and innovative design solutions.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve conceptual design, visualization, presentations, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation and design revisions.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, retail, workplace, hospitality, or interior projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Experience preparing BOQs and material specifications is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
