About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Communications & Coordination to act as the central coordination point for the Law & Litigations Team. This role is ideal for a fresher with excellent communication and organizational skills who enjoys working across multiple teams and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for streamlining communication between the Legal Team and various internal functions such as Marketing, HR, and Administration, while also coordinating with clients to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordination point between the Legal Team and internal departments including Marketing, HR, Administration, Accounts, and IT.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of inter-departmental requests.
- Track ongoing assignments and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Client Communication
- Respond to client enquiries received through email and ensure timely acknowledgment.
- Coordinate with the relevant legal professionals for preparing responses and sharing updates with clients.
- Schedule client meetings, calls, and virtual conferences.
- Maintain records of client communications and meeting schedules.
Marketing & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for execution of legal marketing initiatives.
- Review marketing collaterals, brochures, newsletters, emailers, LinkedIn posts, and other promotional material before publication to ensure factual accuracy and consistency with inputs provided by the Legal Team.
- Coordinate the preparation and updating of service brochures, practice profiles, and other business development material.
- Track timelines for campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content from the Legal Team.
Meeting & Calendar Management
- Schedule internal and external meetings.
- Send calendar invites and meeting reminders.
- Follow up with concerned stakeholders on action items arising from meetings.
- Maintain meeting trackers wherever required.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain trackers for ongoing projects, marketing initiatives, meetings, and client communications.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between the Legal Team and other stakeholders.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives undertaken by the Legal Team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate in any discipline (Law graduates may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of professional communication and business etiquette.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

Rather than providing legal support, this role focuses on ensuring that the Legal Team's interactions with clients and internal departments are timely, organized, and professionally managed. The individual will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and enabling the Legal Team to focus on its core legal responsibilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
