About the Role:
We are looking for a polished, design-conscious, and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our luxury showroom team. You will be the face of our brand, guiding high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers through a curated luxury retail experience and helping them select bespoke furniture and interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Luxury Sales: Consult with premium walk-in clients, understand their spatial needs, and pitch high-ticket furniture and decor solutions.
- B2B Networking: Collaborate with local architects and interior designers to source products for their ongoing residential and commercial projects.
- Client Styling: Help clients visualize furniture setups using basic mood boards or space layout suggestions.
- CRM & Follow-ups: Maintain detailed client records in our CRM system and actively follow up to close high-value deals.
- Showroom Curation: Ensure the showroom floor maintains an impeccable visual and premium aesthetic.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or premium modular kitchens.
- Deep understanding of material finishes, fabrics, and spatial layouts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Polished presentation and a professional grooming standard.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
