Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell FMCG products over calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The role involves handling outbound calls, generating sales, maintaining customer records, and achieving daily/monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and customers to promote FMCG products.
- Explain product features, offers, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth order processing.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of FMCG products and sales process.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or FMCG sales.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
