Job Summary
We are hiring 2 experienced Site Supervisors to oversee daily operations at our quarry sites, crushing plants, and material stockyards. This is a critical leadership role — the Site Supervisor is responsible for production targets, manpower discipline, quality control, and safety compliance on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quarry extraction and crushing plant operations
- Supervise our all workers including operators, loaders, and helpers
- Ensure production targets are met — daily material output as per plan
- Monitor quality: sieve analysis, material grading, aggregate sizing
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce Zero-Harm Safety Policy
- Coordinate truck loading, dispatch scheduling, and stockyard management
- Maintain shift logs, production registers, and daily reports
- Manage machinery maintenance schedule — crushers, excavators, tippers
- Liaise with transport team for timely site-to-site material movement
- Implement dust suppression systems and environment safety protocols
- Handle contractor bills, daily wage attendance, and material records
- Escalate breakdowns, accidents, or production issues immediately
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience as Site Supervisor in quarry/crushing/construction
- Hands-on knowledge of stone crushing plants
- Experience managing large labor teams in field conditions
- Knowledge of construction material quality standards
- Ability to read basic survey maps and site layout drawings
- Strong leadership, discipline, and conflict resolution skills
- ITI / Diploma in Mining / Civil / Mechanical — or equivalent field experience
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler minimum for site movement)
- Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi; basic English for report writing
