We are seeking passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in History to join our team of expert teachers. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject expertise in Indian and world history, strong pedagogical skills, and the ability to foster analytical and critical thinking among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver History lesson plans aligned with the CBSE syllabus
- Prepare students for periodic tests, practical/project work, and CBSE board examinations
- Design question papers, assignments, and learning materials as per the CBSE assessment pattern
- Guide students in history projects, map work, and research-based activities
- Assess student progress and maintain academic records as per CBSE guidelines
- Provide feedback to students and parents, and participate in academic meetings
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to promote critical thinking and historical analysis
- Experience with project-based and discussion-oriented teaching methods
- Basic digital teaching skills (presentations, online resources, smartboard)
- Participation in school activities and professional development
