Nirnayan Health Care Pvt Ltd, Kolkata is looking for the role of Business Development Associate – B2C sales for Pathology Services within assigned area by managing customers, Walk Ins, promoting test packages, achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience for Business Development Associate
· Any Graduate or MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing is a plus.
· 2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Associate – B2C or related, preferably in the Pathology sector.
· Strong understanding of Pathology services.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region or other parts of India (If required).

Responsibilities forBusiness Development Associate
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the lab’s pathology services in line with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, client needs, and industry trends within the pathology sector
- Proactively implement initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Focus on driving growth through service promotions, upselling, and territory development. Contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and related establishments in Kolkata and other surrounding areas.
- Organize and oversee promotional events. Ensure maximum participation and brand visibility.
- Work closely with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
