Key Responsibilities - Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver classroom and online training in IT and professional domains. - Technical Training: Train candidates in Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing. - Professional Skills: Cover HR & Recruitment Process, Communication & Soft Skills, and Interview Preparation. - Learning Materials: Develop presentations, assignments, and practical tasks. - Assessments: Conduct mock interviews, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. - Performance Monitoring: Track trainee progress, maintain attendance, and prepare training reports. - Content Updates: Revise training modules to align with industry trends. - Placement Support: Assist in placement activities and onboarding processes. - Motivation: Inspire and guide candidates toward professional success.
