About the Role
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound calling, customer follow-ups, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the confidence to engage senior B2B decision-makers — including C-level executives, purchase managers, and business owners. Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B lead generation is essential.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, generating quality leads, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B meeting appointments with key decision-makers (C-level executives, purchase managers, and business owners) — this is the primary KRA for the role.
- Explain Jetprix products and services professionally while understanding customer requirements.
- Schedule and confirm meeting appointments between decision-makers and the field sales team, and coordinate timely customer follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up on enquiries received through websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified meeting appointments generated, along with overall lead generation and telemarketing goals.
Performance Metrics / KPIs
- Number of qualified meeting appointments generated per month (primary KPI).
- Lead-to-appointment conversion ratio.
- Number of outbound calls / connects made per day.
- Appointments that convert into qualified sales opportunities (with the sales team).
- Monthly lead generation target achievement (%).
- CRM data accuracy and timely follow-up completion.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
- Confidence and maturity to engage senior B2B stakeholders — C-level executives, purchase managers, and business owners — with strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Battery, Solar, Electrical, Industrial Products, B2B Sales, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
