Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support sales and order management activities. The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-ups, RFQ generation, order processing, and business development through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely execution.
Generate and send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to existing customers.
Conduct cold calls to prospective companies to identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with existing customers regarding ongoing and upcoming orders.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Update customer records and maintain accurate sales-related documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
