Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across various roles. Candidates with internship experience in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3 months of HR Internship experience are also eligible to apply.
- Freshers with strong recruitment internship experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and candidate management abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
