We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs, providing personalized styling advice, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend products that suit their style and needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining product availability.
- Handle POS billing, returns, exchanges, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally while delivering excellent service.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and store guidelines.
Requirements
- 12 Pass or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 0 - 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or fashion retail.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
