We are looking for a Store Supervisor at Back to Source.
Location: Chandigarh
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and inventory control.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward and stock transfers.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Handle inventory management software and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate stock reports, consumption reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with purchase, production and operations teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of inventory.
- Minimize stock losses, wastage and discrepancies.
- Maintain all store-related documentation and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Store & Inventory Management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office and inventory/software systems.
- Strong knowledge of stock management, FIFO/FEFO practices and inventory control.
- Good analytical, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
