Business and Process consulting subject matter expertise to help grow and expand existing client engagements within the following Industries: Auto, Aero, Industrial Machinery, Electrical Equipment’s, Farm Equipment’s, Construction, Heavy Equipment’s, Power Generation etc.
- Ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills
- Provide thought leadership delivering business value to the clients, developing reusable assets in the process
- Develop innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies in context of client problems
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects
- Direct experience gained ideally within the continuous manufacturing industry and / or a consulting firm
- Demonstrable industry based subject matter expertise in relevant functions / client base.
- Experience of formal project management techniques (budgeting, planning, risk management)
- Skilled in business value led approaches and helping shape client decision making
- Action orientated and willing to take ownership
- Technical exposure to enterprise systems
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels, especially at the Program & Business Leadership levels.
- Work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.)
- In depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, especially product lifecycle management, product Engineering, product definition and development, product compliance and industry trends and enabling technologies
- Technical expertise & hands-on experience in one or more PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.
- Work Experience in Product Analytics area like Product performance, Reliability testing, Market analysis
- Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
- Hands on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools
- Experience in Project Management
