Job Summary -
We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, client servicing, documentation, and coordination activities. Fresh graduates looking to build a career in the financial services industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities -
- Handle client servicing and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, insurance companies, banks, and other partners.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Assist in processing applications and transactions.
- Update and maintain Excel reports and internal databases.
- Support administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 years of experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
