- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout project lifecycles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles related to wiring harness design and implementation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with engineering project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
