ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join our team and take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end. You'll work across the full project lifecycle — from design and development to deployment and integration — building solutions that power our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and deploy customisations in Dynamics 365, including Entities, BPFs, Workflows, and Business Rules
- Build plugins (C#) and JavaScript for custom logic and UI behaviour
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via Azure and REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and Power BI visuals
- Build and manage Power Platform solutions — Power Automate, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and PCF components
- Lead data migration and data management activities
- Support deployments and environment management across the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years specifically in large-scale CRM implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 development — C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and the CRM SDK
- Experience delivering at least 2–3 full Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end
- Good functional understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, WPF, SQL Server
- Experience with CRM Portals, PowerApps, USD, and Field Service modules
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus (MB-210 preferred)
- Experience deploying CRM on handheld/mobile devices is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
