About the Role:
Aditri Charitable Trust is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Project Coordinators to support entrepreneurship and self-employment initiatives. The role involves identifying interested applicants, guiding them regarding documentation requirements, and coordinating the completion of application files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential applicants.
- Explain project benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Follow up with applicants regarding pending documents.
- Coordinate with local Jan Seva Kendras and documentation centers.
- Maintain regular communication with the project team.
- Submit completed files as per project guidelines.
- Generate leads through personal networking, field visits, referrals, social media, and telecalling.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
- Good communication skills.
- Smartphone and internet access required.
- Ability to travel locally if needed.
- Experience in sales, field work, insurance, banking, microfinance, documentation, telecalling, or marketing will be preferred.

अदित्री चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट ग्रामीण उद्यमिता एवं स्वरोजगार परियोजनाओं के लिए ऊर्जावान एवं परिणाम-उन्मुख प्रोजेक्ट कोऑर्डिनेटर्स की तलाश कर रहा है। चयनित उम्मीदवारों का कार्य इच्छुक आवेदकों से संपर्क करना, उन्हें परियोजना की जानकारी देना, आवश्यक दस्तावेज एकत्र करना तथा आवेदन प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण कराने में सहयोग करना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- इच्छुक आवेदकों की पहचान एवं संपर्क स्थापित करना।
- परियोजना की जानकारी एवं लाभ समझाना।
- आवश्यक दस्तावेज एकत्रित एवं सत्यापित करना।
- लंबित दस्तावेजों के लिए नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।
- जन सेवा केंद्र एवं अन्य संबंधित संस्थाओं के साथ समन्वय करना।
- पूर्ण आवेदन फाइलें परियोजना टीम को उपलब्ध कराना।
- सोशल मीडिया, रेफरल, टेली-कॉलिंग एवं फील्ड विजिट के माध्यम से नए आवेदक जोड़ना।
- दैनिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट साझा करना।
योग्यता:
- न्यूनतम 12वीं उत्तीर्ण।
- स्नातक उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता।
- अच्छे संवाद कौशल।
- स्मार्टफोन एवं इंटरनेट का सामान्य ज्ञान।
- स्थानीय क्षेत्र में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
- सेल्स, मार्केटिंग, बीमा, बैंकिंग, माइक्रोफाइनेंस, टेली-कॉलिंग या फील्ड वर्क का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
