Techdome is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager in Hyderabad / Indore (hybrid) to own end-to-end delivery of software projects across our payments and platform products. This delivery / program management role leads cross-functional engineering teams using Agile / Scrum, managing scope, timelines, budget, risk, and client and stakeholder communication.

Own end-to-end delivery of software projects: scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design).

Run Agile / Scrum delivery: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations.

Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks early.

Plan resourcing and capacity; keep teams unblocked.

Report on project health and delivery metrics to leadership and clients.

5+ years delivering software projects, including experience leading teams.

Strong Agile / Scrum and modern software delivery expertise.

A technical background — comfortable in engineering discussions and trade-offs.

Excellent stakeholder, client, and risk management.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Payments / fintech project delivery experience.

PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
